Office of Admissions

  • Application for Admissions
    If you are interested in attending Manchester Community College as a matriculated student, complete the above application to enroll.
  • Affidavit of Support
    Form to be completed by student seeking admission as an international student on a F-1 Student Visa, and by the student's financial sponsor.
  • TRIO Application
    Low income students, first generation college students, and students with disabilities can apply to TRIO to receive additional personal and academic support to help them achieve their academic goals.

Registrar's Office

  • Change of Major / Dual Degree
    Complete this form if you would like to change your major, or complete more than one degree at the same time.
  • Drop/Add Form
    Within the withdrawal period, students are allowed to add or drop a course, with approval from the instructor.
  • Petition to Graduate
    Students who have completed their academic requirements and wish to receive their degree, must complete this form in order to finalize their graduation.
  • Prerequisite Waiver Form
    Prerequisites for courses can be waived if the instructor believes the student is capable of succeeding in the class without the necessary course requirement(s). The student must complete the above form and return to the Registrar's Office at the time of registration.
  • Registration Form
    For current students who would like to enroll in courses for any term. Students can also enroll online through the Student Information System (SIS).
  • Transcript Request
    To have your MCC academic record sent to another school, please fill out the above form and submit to the Registrar's Office.

Scholarships

  • Automotive Technology Scholarship
    The American Automobile Association (AAA) of Northern New England scholarships is offering up to twenty $1,000 scholarships to CCSNH students for the Fall 2008 semester. (Application deadline: July 18, 2008)
  • NH Valedictorian Scholarship
    Every year, one-year full tuition scholarships are awarded to NH high school valedictorians, based on a cumulative GPA.
